Description
The Kalk Bay harbour is situated on the eastern shore on the Cape Peninsula, inside False Bay. Kalk Bay has traditionally been a fishing village and the bay is still used for fish landings. Recreational boating occurs as well, but Simon's Town harbour just south of Kalk Bay caters more to civilian activities.
